Zutaten
  

  • 2 cups,washed and halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup,fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp,fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp,extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp,apple cider or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp,salt
  • 1/2 tsp-black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp,red pepper flakes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Wash and halve cherry tomatoes
  2. Combine in a bowl with basil and parsley
  3. In separate small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
  4. Drizzle vinaigrette over salad
  5. Toss gently until evenly coated
  6. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving

Use ripe vine-ripened cherry tomatoes for maximum flavor
Add cucumber slices for extra freshness
Store airtight in fridge for up to 24 hours
