Method
 

  1. Unwrap cheese and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour
  2. Slice Gouda into thin wedges, cut Brie into crescents
  3. In a small bowl, crumble pâté and gently stir in chopped dried apricots
  4. Using a small knife, hollow out pitted dates and fill with pâté-apricot mixture
  5. On a large wooden board, arrange cheese, pâté logs, nuts, and dried fruits in a balanced pattern
  6. Place date halves near the cheese pieces as a centerpiece
  7. Toss rosemary and thyme sprigs with chopped almonds, scatter decorative accents across the board
  8. If using, drizzle honey in patterns over cheese wedges for visual contrast
  9. Cover loosely and refrigerate 1–2 hours before serving
