Zutaten

  • 300g all-purpose flour
  • 75g unsalted butter, softened
  • 100ml whole milk
  • 60g granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 5g active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
  • 250g fresh apples, sliced
  • 250g cherries, pitted
  • 250g plums, sliced
  • 150g caster sugar (for topping)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Method

  1. Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Add softened butter, egg, and milk. Knead by hand or with a mixer until smooth (5-7 minutes). Place dough in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes. On a floured surface, shape into a rectangle (25x30cm) and place in a greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter. Arrange fruit atop the dough and press gently. Dust with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes until golden. Let cool 15 minutes before slicing.
